This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on TRYLYMA.COM operated by LȲMA.

1. Our 30-day guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If LȲMA doesn't change how your body feels within 30 days of your delivery date, we'll refund you in full. No awkward questions.

2. Return eligibility To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
• The item must not be a final sale item

3. How to initiate a return Contact us at support@trylyma.com with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorisation.

4. Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the credit.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Defective or damaged items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trylyma.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

8. Consumer rights Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
