1. Processing time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
3. Shipping rates Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.
4. Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. For tracking issues, please contact us at support@trylyma.com.
5. Lost or stolen packages If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at support@trylyma.com. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. Address accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
7. Undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you. Re-shipment fees may apply.
